How can I change the period of existing subscriptions?
This is how you can change the period of your subscription:
Log in to the tapio store with your tapio company account.
In the tapio Shop, go to “Account” and open the “Subscriptions” section.
Select the subscription for which you want to change the duration.
Click on „Change“ in the top right corner.
Select the desired new period from the dropdown menu (See image).
Click on „Next“ and complete your order.
The change will take effect immediately, and billing will adjust accordingly. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a notification via the bell icon in the shop.
