How can I change the period of existing subscriptions?

How to extend your subscriptions with add-ons:

  1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

  2. Navigate in the menu to Company account ⚙️ -> Subscriptions & Payment Methods and scroll to Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription whose duration you want to change and click on Change subscription within the subscription.

  4. Choose the desired duration.

  5. Agree to the terms of use and complete the purchase via Purchase Now.

The change takes effect immediately, and the billing will adjust accordingly.
