How do I add a machine?

Some apps from tapio and tapio partners require a connection to your machine to function, such as the MachineBoard or MMR Mobile app.

Here’s how to add your machines to your My tapio company account:

1. Log in as an administrator to your My tapio company account.

2. Navigate to Production in the menu.

3. Click the Add Machine button at the top right.

4. Choose between QuickConnect and follow the instructions. Or manually add your machine via EasyAdd. (Please note that this process will be manually reviewed by us and may take some time.)

After a successful connection, your machine will be displayed in your My tapio company account.
