How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel an existing subscription:

  1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

  2. Navigate in the menu to Company account ⚙️ -> Subscriptions & Payment methods and scroll to Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel subscription within the subscription.

  4. Follow the instructions in the dialog to confirm your cancellation.

Your subscription will automatically end on the next renewal date. You will receive the cancellation confirmation immediately after canceling via email.
