This is how to pay an open invoice when the "Automatic Renewal" feature is disabled:

1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

2. Open your invoice overview under Company Account.

3. Click the button to get to Orders and Invoices.

4. Click on Invoices and then on Pay Now.

   

5. Select one of your payment methods.

   

6. Click on Pay to complete the payment.

Once the payment is successful, the open invoice will be removed from your dashboard.
