Why am I not seeing any machines?

To have machines displayed in MachineBoard, you must add them to your My tapio company account. Check the "Machines" tab of your My tapio account to see if there are any machines listed that are connected.

If not, connect your machines to My tapio (How do I add a machine?).

If you already see machines that are connected to tapio, check in the "Applications" tab within the MachineBoard tile whether your machines are assigned to the application.

If not, assign machines and users to the application (How do I assign a license to my machine?).
